What types of financial assistance are available?
Vivor’s technology tells your provider exactly which programs are available for your unique profile. We also disclose eligibility rules, which may include income limits or US residency requirements. There are two main types of assistance your provider may discuss with you.
local_pharmacy Manufacturer Assistance
For patients with commercial insurance through an employer or a Marketplace plan, assistance may be available directly from the company that makes your medication. Often these programs have generously high income limits or no income limits at all.
Foundation Assistance
For patients with other types of insurance, including Medicare, assistance may be available from non-profit foundations. Often these programs are available for a specific diagnosis, and they may cover medications, insurance premiums, and even transportation expenses.
